For clients that have already applied and are using Self Service functionality, you may now want to consider moving your organisation to electronic payslips.
Branded electronic payslips are accessible to employees 24/7, via the Self Service system.
Older employee payslips are available within the system, going back a number of years.
Current period payslips are generally available to employees 3 or 4 days before the period pay day.
PPS can cater for employees, that as an exception, do require the provision of a hard-copy payslip going forward. This enables you to apply electronic payslips for the majority of your employees. This will accommodate any of your employees that for valid reasons, still require a hard-copy payslip.
In the event that you would wish to change to electronic payslips, PPS will assist with employee communications.
Electronic P60`s will also be offered/made available in for the 2017/18 financial year.
