Schools HR Policies

We are committed to providing a quality service that meets the changing needs of Schools, Head Teachers, Governing Bodies and their employees.

Our services include Recruitment and Clearances, HR Administration, Payroll and Pensions matters for both teaching and support staff.

The following policies and procedures have been developed by the Local Authority following full consultation with the relevant recognised Trade Unions.

Policies comply with relevant employment legislation and good practice and are recommended to schools for adoption.
