Following the successful launch and terrific take up of a new employee benefits scheme for employees at Sandwell Council, we are now able to offer the scheme to our clients.

The scheme, launched in April 2014, has already been successfully shortlisted by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development for its Best Reward and Benefits initiative.

As part of this scheme, we can offer to our clients:

Lifestyle Rewards Scheme

This scheme offers 9,000 leading discounts at hundreds of stores – online and on the high street, giving savings on everything from holidays to groceries to fashion to utilities and much, much more!

Employee Assistance Scheme

An employee assistance programme called ‘lifestyle support’. This scheme gives confidential advice on personal and work-related issues either online, over the phone or in person.

Salary Sacrifice Schemes

PPS are very experienced in the administration of salary sacrifice schemes on the behalf of clients who have purchased our Payroll service. The current schemes we operate on behalf of our clients include:

  • Childcare vouchers;
  • Car parking;
  • Computers, phones and tablets;
  • Cycle to work;
  • Lease cars;
  • Annual Leave;

Schools Maternity and Paternity Leave Pooling Arrangement

This arrangement is a cost effective popular scheme that is made available to all PPS school/academy clients that purchase our Payroll service.

In return for the payment of an annual fee, the scheme provides members with protection against the cost of maternity and paternity leave for all staff employed within the organisation.
